The Soap Bar: Gentle, Effective and Zero-Waste
We’re throwing the spotlight on our zero-waste soap bars! Uncomplicated and dependable, solid soap is an everyday, hard-working hero. Despite its simplicity, there’s something joyful about unboxing a bar of soap. Ours come in a 100% recycled and recyclable carboard carton, making them totally plastic-free. They’re handy for travel, made with 100% natural origin ingredients and smell wonderful (unless, of course, Fragrance Free is your bar of choice!). We make our vegan soap in 12 different aromas. Orange Soap
The very first vegetable soap Rivka made when she started the business back in 1974. With its refreshing, citrus aroma, it’s been a firm favourite ever since. Our Orange Soap Bar is blended with orange oil, which is more than just a pretty smell; it’s got antimicrobial properties, which make it an excellent cleansing ingredient, and it is known to help moisturise the skin. Orange oil is also packed with antioxidants and has a high content of vitamin C, renowned for helping to brighten skin.
Aloe Vera Soap
We make our Aloe Vera Soap Bar with organic aloe vera juice. This gel, extracted from the spiky leaves of a desert plant, is famously cooling and hydrating for skin. Anti-inflammatory, it is loved for its soothing qualities. It’s also known to help the skin retain moisture, and has antibacterial properties, making it a great cleansing ingredient. Our Aloe Vera Soap is made with a 100% natural origin aroma blend that includes ylang ylang and patchouli essential oils, both renowned for being balancing.
Coconut Soap
Our Coconut Soap Bar is made with organic coconut oil. The benefits of coconut oil for skin are many. It is high in antimicrobial fatty acids that are known to help maintain a healthy skin microbiome, as well as antioxidants that are renowned for their anti-inflammatory qualities. But coconut oil is most famous for its ability to help hydrate the skin. Expect a soft, creamy lather and an aroma that transports you straight to the tropics.
Tea Tree Soap
Mighty tea tree oil is all about the ‘antis’. It has antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties! No wonder people love our Tea Tree Soap Bar for washing hands. A cleansing powerhouse, tea tree oil is known to help control bacteria and excess sebum, making it a firm favourite among those with oily skin. It has a fresh, crisp aroma that is known for being stimulating and invigorating.
Lavender Soap
Ah, lovely lavender! The natural aroma that’s known to help promote feelings of relaxation. Our Lavender Soap Bar is infused with lavender essential oil, famed for its soothing qualities. But the benefits of lavender are about more than just its aroma. This essential oil also has anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties, making it an excellent addition to a bar of soap. The perfect present for anyone who deserves a moment of calm.
Rose Soap
Our Wild Rose Soap Bar is made with organic rosehip oil, which is brimming with skin-loving fatty acids. The benefits of rosehip oil for skin are plenty. Renowned for its soothing, calming and moisturising properties, this versatile natural ingredient is also rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C and E. Fans of our rose soap bar particularly love its warm, floral, 100% natural origin aroma – one reviewer described it as ‘heavenly’!
