WHAT IS DRAGON FRUIT?

It gets its name from its thick, scaly exterior, which is usually cerise or magenta, but can be yellow. Inside, the white, pink or yellow flesh of the fruit is soft like a kiwi and scattered with thousands of tiny black seeds.
