It’s almost Love Parks week – and we really love parks! Organised by Keep Britain Tidy, Love Parks is all about celebrating our green spaces and the good things they do for our communities, health and environment. In the spirit of this, we asked our team to throw the spotlight on their favourite parks around the UK.

In 2008, Ecuador became the first country in the world to recognise the rights of Nature in its national constitution. Last week, a judge ruled that pollution in the country’s Machángara River violates its legal right not to be polluted or degraded.

Here, Ellie gives us the lowdown on her day behind the scenes…
