A Happy Medium: New 1-Litre Haircare

Spring is in the air, which means lots of lovely new things appearing in Nature. And this spring, we’re delighted to announce a lovely new thing that our customers have been asking for. It’s designed especially for those who want to reduce their plastic use, those who are short on space and those who can’t get enough of our cruelty-free shampoo and conditioner. Or those who are all of the above. Allow us to introduce our 1-litre haircare range.

‘Recycling is good, refilling is better’, says the message on the neck of our standard bottles. We know that lots of our customers refill their bathroom and household products, whether that means visiting their local refill store or stocking up on our refill bottles and decanting at home. But we also know that these options aren’t practical for everyone. Not everybody is lucky enough to live near a zero waste shop – or has the money or space to buy or store bigger containers.

Yet many people still need a big shampoo and conditioner. Whether you live in a busy household, are a Curly Girl ‘squish to condish’ devotee, or have more hair than Rapunzel, there are plenty of reasons why our standard 400ml bottles might just not be big enough for you.

That’s why we created our 1-litre haircare bottles. They hold the equivalent of 2.5 of our 400ml bottles, meaning you still save on plastic as well as postage & packaging or trips to the shop. And at just 6cm taller than our standard bottles and 2cm wider, they fit neatly into even the smallest bathrooms. It’s a bigger bottle, but not too big. A happy medium, if you like.
