These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to you if you are a consumer purchasing products for own use and not for re-sale or in the course of a business.
The terms set out below include the information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. They contain important information, for example, about your cancellation rights and how refunds are made.
We amend these terms from time to time as set out in below in Changes to these Terms & Conditions. Therefore each time you wish to order our products, please check this page to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

These terms and the contract between us are only in the English language.
Faith in Nature Ltd own and operate this website. We are registered in Scotland under company number 68493 and our registered office is at: Millar and Bryce, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP, Scotland. Our main trading address is: Faith House, James Street, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1LN. Our VAT number is: 327 4674 41.

Our product range will change from time to time and we may withdraw any product lines without notice.
All products shown on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if we are unable to process your order due to any product no longer being available or if out of stock.
The images of all products on the website are for illustrative purposes only and product packaging and containers may vary slightly.
Orders for delivery to UK destinations can be placed using the online ordering facility on this website. Please take the time to read and check your order details at each stage of the process.
It is also possible to order by telephone. Please contact our sales team on tel. 0161 724 4016. Please have the details of the products, sizes and numbers you wish to order ready, along with your credit/debit card details.
You may also place an order by post. Please write to Faith in Nature Ltd, Faith House, James Street, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1LN with the details of the products, sizes and numbers you wish to order and enclosing a cheque for the full amount made payable to Faith in Nature Ltd. Please also provide your name, address and a contact telephone number or email address in case we have any queries about your order.

Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order and successful processing of payment details to confirm that your order is accepted. If you ordered by phone or by post, we will send our confirmation by post, or email if you have provided an email address.
At times (weekends, Bank Holidays and factory closures for example) our order confirmation may not be sent until the next working day or later.
The contract between us is formed when we send you this confirmation.
If we are unable to accept your order, for example because the product is out of stock or no longer available, or because of an error in the price on our site, or for any other reason, we will inform you of this by email (or by telephone or post, if the order is placed by those methods) and we will not process your order. If payment for the order has already been processed, we will refund you the full amount to your card as soon as possible.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are correct at the time of publishing. However if we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered we will inform you by email (or by telephone or post, if the order is placed by those methods) of this error, and you may choose to continue to purchase the products at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you or we do not hear from you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email or in writing.
Prices of our products may change from time to time and without notice, but changes will not affect any order already placed.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate in the UK for the time being.
All prices exclude delivery charges. The delivery charge will be stated on the ‘Review your order’ page before you confirm your order. Please see Delivery & Returns for current delivery charges.
Payment and Security
Payment may be made by debit or credit card - we accept all major credit cards.
For your security when ordering online, your payment will be processed by SagePay, a secure Payment Provider, who will take your details including your email address, contact and delivery details, and details of your order. You will be guided to SagePay on our payment page when submitting your details for purchase.
Payment is charged to your card when it has been processed by SagePay and your order has been confirmed by us prior to dispatch.
For orders made by telephone, we will take your credit or debit card details for processing. Payment will be charged to your account when we have confirmed your order prior to dispatch.
For orders made by post, please send us a cheque for the full amount made out to Faith in Nature Ltd.
Amending an Order
You are able to amend details or correct any errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “Make Payment” at the final stage of the ordering process.

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within the cancellation period stated below. This means if you change your mind or decide for any reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Your right to cancel a contract starts from the date our order confirmation is emailed to you and ends 14 days after delivery. If several products are being delivered on different days, the cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive the last delivery for that order.

If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us identify it.
If you cancel your contract as above, we will refund you the price you paid for the products plus any delivery costs you have paid. However you must pay the cost of their return to us. Refunds of the full price paid for the product are subject to them being returned as new and unused.

We will make the refund within 14 days after we have received the products back from you or, or if earlier, 14 days after the day on which you provide proof of return.
If you have not yet received the product we will make the refund within 14 days after you inform us of your cancellation, but you must return any items delivered subsequently.
Refunds are made onto the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. We will send you an email to let you know when we have processed your refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
All our products are tested to ensure that they are in good condition when the package is opened for use. Once opened, our products can be used for the period indicated by the open jar symbol on the pack.
In the unlikely event that you find your product is defective or not as described, or if there is an error on our part or it is damaged on arrival, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement. We will refund you in full the cost of the product, plus any delivery charges paid and the reasonable cost of returning them to us. Please do not use the product being returned.

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform to this contract and as a consumer you have statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described. Those rights are unaffected by your right to return a product or by anything else in these terms. How to decant products safely
In order to keep your Faith in Nature products in the best condition, we recommend that where products purchased in bulk are decanted into a separate bottle or container, you should ensure that it has been thoroughly cleaned, sterilised and air dried. Please be aware that there can be health risks if these steps are not carried out carefully, as contamination of the product can occur. We cannot be responsible for any contamination of the product occurring after the product has been dispensed from its original container if these steps have not been followed.
Faith Points Loyalty Scheme
This is a web based loyalty scheme whereby our non-business customers may accumulate ‘Faith’ loyalty points according to the value of their online purchases over time. Points may be used against the purchase of our products to qualify for a discount on the standard price.
The scheme is offered at our sole discretion and may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time, without notice and without compensation. The membership requirements and terms of the scheme may be amended at any time without notice. Any changes will be notified on our website.
Membership of the scheme is free to all qualifying customers and is conditional upon the customer accepting the following requirements:
·Customers must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
- Membership is only open to individual consumer customers, not trade accounts or trade customers.
- Loyalty points can only be earned by members of the scheme on orders placed through this website and not by telephone or post or through any other channels.
·How points are earned, and the number of points earned, are determined by our sole discretion and may change at any time.
- They can only be utilised to qualify for a discount of up to half the value of the goods in any given order, excluding the cost of delivery.
- They cannot be used to qualify for a discount on delivery cost.
·Loyalty points have no inherent monetary value and the nominal ‘value’ of the points offered is determined by us and may change at any time.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded in any way and can only be redeemed within the scheme by the individual to whom they were issued.
Customers who have become members of the scheme are under no obligation to purchase products from us in future.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions of Sale
We may make changes to these terms from time to time for example, changes in our processes, how we accept payment from you or changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements.
Every time you order products from us, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.
Whenever we revise these terms, we will state the revision date at the top of these terms.
Other Important Terms
The contract made is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by English law. This means your contract for the purchase of products from us and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. We will always notify you by posting on this webpage if this happens.
Events outside our control
In this paragraph, an ‘event outside our control’ means
1) any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
2) the unavailability of raw materials, components or products and/or
3)power failure, industrial disputes affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fires, floods, extreme weather, disasters, civil riots, terrorist attacks or wars.
Where an event outside our control gives rise to a failure or delay in us performing our obligations, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
In these circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then be able to cancel an order if delivery has not been made and we will refund the price paid for products and delivery charges.

Orders are processed five days a week, during our standard hours of operation as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
Friday: 08:30 to 13:45
Saturday to Sunday: Closed
