We sometimes use remarketing (sometimes called retargeting) to better target our online adverts to interested customers, but personally identifiable information is never disclosed for this purpose.

Payment Provider and Card Security

When purchasing products from our website, your card details will be processed by SagePay, a secure, PCI compliant, payment provider. This ensures safe transmission of your personal information. Please note that we have no access to or record of any credit card details which you provide to SagePay when ordering online.

Please be aware that we shall never email you to confirm your account or payment card details. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive such an email claiming to be from us and requesting account or credit card details, then please ignore it and notify us immediately.

When purchasing products by telephone we will collect credit card details and store them securely in accordance with the standards issued by the PCI (payment card industry) Security Standards Council.
