We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of us confirming your order by email.
For mainland UK delivery typically takes between 1-3 working days from dispatch. Northern Ireland, the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands and some Scottish Lowland areas can take up to 5 working days. However these delivery times are estimates only. Weekends, bank holidays and factory closures do not count as working days.
Our courier delivers on weekdays only and will contact you directly to let you know when they are delivering your order. If no-one is going to be available, you will be able to rearrange delivery directly with the courier. Should you need to change the delivery address after the order has been processed, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
During promotional periods, please allow 7-10 days for dispatch and delivery. Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to an event outside our reasonable control.

We proudly deliver right across the UK, and our Standard and Extended UK boundaries are predetermined by our courier. If you need to check whether your postcode area is located within our Extended UK area, we have concisely listed the geographical postcodes below:

When placing your order, you will have the option of sending it to another address other than that registered with your payment card, for example, if you are sending a gift.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Hours of Operation
Orders are processed five days a week, during our standard hours of operation as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
Friday: 08:30 to 13:45
Saturday to Sunday: Closed
Faith in Nature stands by the quality of our products and we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may need to return an item. Please see below for how and when you may return an item.
Returning an Item after Cancellation
If you are cancelling your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (See Your Right to Cancel [LINK]) then you must return it to us in its original packaging not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel. Please return the product as new and unused.
Address for All Returns
To return an item, please send an email to Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 0161 724 4016 quoting your order number, address, and the items that you wish to return.
It is your responsibility to post the product back to us securely at Faith in Nature Ltd, Faith House, James Street, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1LN. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Delivery Charges for All Returns
If you are returning any items following cancellation of your order, we will refund to you the delivery charges paid by you, but not the cost of returning the item to us.
For items being returned due to error on our part, or because they are defective, not as described, or are damaged on arrival, we will refund both the delivery charges paid by you, and also your reasonable costs in returning the item to us.
As consumer, you will always have statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and those statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
