I am writing in regard to Faith in Nature shampoos and conditioners. Firstly, I would like to say what a great idea having natural cosmetics is. I have problem skin and your whole range is just perfect. Secondly, I am writing this email just to complement your work with the shampoos and conditioners. I purchased my first bottle from Oxfam and I fell in love. I adore the hemp and meadowfoam variety, and can't wait to get my hands on the chocolate shampoo!  Good work, please keep it up!

I've read some of your customer comments and it's really no surprise to see how loved your brand is- seriously the only downfall is I don't have faith in nature products on constant supply in my bathroom! It's a breath of fresh air to find a natural company at competitive prices who's products not only work, but blow the competition away. I really hope people try your shampoos, soaps and conditioners (to which I am currently addicted) as they will be converted no doubt. Even my boyfriend who reluctantly uses my 'natural stuff' only to complain about how it never works, now shops online with me to choose which faith in nature products we are going to buy as he's thoroughly impressed. In his words, your shampoos 'actually clean your hair' and 'lather well' compared to more expensive natural products. He used to use commercial medicated shampoos which left his scalp red and flaky, but your lavender shampoo has done a world of good.

I'd rather put something in the bathroom which I can trust, something I know isn't full of parabens and carcinogens and for me, this is it. These products should be everyone's right and I will continue to convert people (excuse the 'faith' pun!). Keep up the good work and get your products into supermarkets and onto other websites so I can feed my obsession- I would love to try your skin/ face care range as well (eh-hem, send a believer some samples!) as I am currently using the hemp soap on my face (with good results).

Love the no-animal testing natural ingredients policy too, this is a MUST for me I simply can't justify cosmetic testing and don't want to use harmful, poorly-tested products on my skin. Thank-you for appreciating this unwavering requirement and not jumping on the commercial band-wagon.

I have decided to buy your products because of the products that scored highest, yours are the easiest to find locally. It is a relief to buy a product that seems to be what it says on the tin - especially as I have just found out that my favourite soya milk is made by a company that owns dairy farms - bugger!
