Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. If you’re unhappy with anything in your order, please follow the below steps to claim a refund (within 28 days) or a voucher code against a future purchase. Our Customer Services team will review your claim and let you know the outcome in due course.

1. If you or someone else has had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please contact us on support@faithinnature.co.uk or by filling out the contact form here, before sending anything back to us.
2. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us on support@faithinnature.co.uk or by filling out the contact form here, before sending anything back to us.
3. If you need to return a 20-litre purchase, let us know here. Please note, unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for organising the return yourself.
4. For everything else, please return the product using the returns form enclosed with the delivery.

We cannot accept returns as a result of deliveries being delayed or late.

a) Cancellation – You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of your goods, as long as the goods are returned to us unused and as new, together with their original packaging. Please contact us to organise here.

b) Force majeure – We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability to you.
