Items shown are available subject to stock. Faith Products reserves the right to alter prices and delete product lines without prior notice.

Delivery Times
Orders placed with a credit/debit card will normally be dispatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Delivery by our carrier is normally up to 3 working days thereafter, depending upon the area delivered to in the U.K. For orders abroad, delivery times fall within the Post Office remit.

Please Note: Due to an unprecedented demand for certain products of ours, your valued order is, unfortunately subject to a short delay. We are endeavouring to dispatch all orders in the shortest time possible and apologise for any inconvenience you may have been caused.

Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail at info@faithinnature.co.uk and we will take appropriate action, or call 0161 724 4016 or +44 161 724 4016 for non-UK residents.

Warranty
All products are covered by a full one-year warranty, covering the cost of replacement product as a result of a manufacturing defect. Any product replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects until expiry of the original product warranty. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns
If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used.
To do this simply call on +44 161 724 4016 or e-mail info@faithinnature.co.uk, and tell them your order number, address and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith Products. Once it is received, your account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
