We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Defective or Damaged Items (e.g.: In-Transit)
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective and are unused.

Delivery charges for returned goods
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

Returning an Item
If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and unused.
To do this simply call 0161 724 4016 or e-mail Faith Products at info@faithinnature.co.uk and tell them your order number, address and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith Products. Your account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items. For your protection you may wish to use a recorded-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.

Cancelling an item
Ring us on 0161 724 4016 or e-mail us at info@faithinnature.co.uk Quote your order number and address and it will be cancelled, provided it has not already been dispatched.
