If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order. Your details will be kept safe and secure and will be covered by our security guarantee.

When do you debit my Credit or Debit Card?
We will not debit money from your credit/debit card until just before your item/items are dispatched. On the date of dispatch you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of your delivery.

If you have ordered several items with different availabilities we will debit your credit/debit card as each of those items become available and are dispatched. Please note that you will be charged individual dispatch costs for each item unless you request them to be held and sent together.

Can I order by ‘phone?
Yes, we have a friendly dedicated internet team waiting for your call. All you have to do is ring the telephone number below and have your credit/debit card at hand with the item number(s) you wish to purchase. Orders over £50 attract a 10% discount.

After you fax or ‘phone it in, your complete card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem and the number is not stored anywhere else.
