No, your orders will be boxed up. How
long will delivery take? Orders placed with a credit/debit card will
normally be dispatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Delivery by our
carrier is normally up to 3 working days thereafter, depending upon the area delivered
to in the U.K. For orders abroad, delivery times fall within the Post Office remit. How
much is the delivery charge? It depends what country you are from
and how much your total order has come to. In the U.K., the Isle of Wight, Northern
Ireland and some areas in Scotland incur extra carriage charges by our carrier.

all other U.K. areas, orders below £35 incur carriage charges. Charges are
as follows: Orders up to £4.99 incur a carriage charge of £2.50, Orders

incur a carriage charge of £4.50 and orders £35 and over are carriage

Yes, if you provide us with their address. If, however, your gift order shares
the same order for goods going to your address, you may incur extra carriage charges,
depending upon the quantity ordered as a gift. What

kept on our secure server; none of your details will ever be passed to a third

is your policy on returns?
If for any reason an item is unacceptable
you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is in an
as-new condition and unused. To do this simply call or e-mail Faith Products on
+44 (0) 161 724 4016, and tell them your order number, address and items that
you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith
Products. Your account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the
returned items. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
The returns
