Accuracy of Content

Faith Products Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly and accurately described. Faith Products Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.  Packaging may occasionally vary from that shown. Occasionally we may alter the detailed specifications of individual products and we reserve the right to do that without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Faith Products Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. 2. ORDERING GOODS

Placing Orders (UK Destinations)

Orders for delivery to UK destinations can be placed using the online ordering facilities on this website. It is also possible to order by telephone, or to place orders by post. Please contact our friendly office team on 0161 724 4016. To purchase by these alternative means, please have the details of the products, sizes and numbers you wish to order ready, along with your credit/debit card details.

Non-UK Destinations (Europe, USA, Rest of World)

For delivery destinations outside the UK, delivery charges are often so large as to render these orders uneconomic, not to mention undesirable in terms of carbon miles for heavier items. For that reason, we are unable to accept any online orders to non-UK destinations.

Should you reside in a non-UK territory and still wish to purchase our products, please contact us and we will provide you with details of your nearest Faith Products distributor.

Errors in Placing Orders

You are able to revise and correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “make payment” at the final stage of the ordering process.

Prices

Faith Products Ltd takes every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Easy Payment & Security

Once you've browsed our store and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of Payment Options designed to suit you. Online payments can be made by most major credit and debit cards and you will be guided in entering your details when submitting your details for purchase.

You can relax in the knowledge that your credit card details are safe. For your security, your card details will be processed by Protx, a secure Payment Provider, (this ensures safe transmission of your personal information using 256 bit full encryption over SSL), and only your email address, contact and delivery details, and details of your order will be passed on to Faith Products. Faith Products has no access to, or record of, the credit card details which you provide when ordering.

In addition, this website is certified by Thawte as an assurance that information is kept private between our website server and your browser.
Payment is charged to your card account when it has been processed by Protx and your order has been acknowledged by Faith Products – see Acknowledgement. See Returns & Refunds for the conditions applying to subsequent refunds.

We shall send out a Despatch Note with your order detailing the goods being sent when it leaves our factory.

Stock Availability & Delivery Times

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you. Faith Products Ltd reserves the right to withdraw product lines without notice.

We maintain stocks to ensure that most products are generally available in stock. However, occasionally, if there is an unprecedented demand for certain products, or we are let down by a supplier, your valued order could unfortunately be subject to a short delay. We shall endeavour to despatch all orders in the shortest time possible and apologise for any inconvenience you might be caused.

If the products you have selected are in stock, we will endeavour to despatch your order within two working days. Weekends, bank holidays and factory closures do not count as working days. We post details of factory closure days on this website.

We use a variety of carriers according to the weight of the order and its destination. In the UK, most orders will be delivered within one to three working days, but heavier parcels and/or parcels to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Offshore Islands can take up to five working days.

On the date of despatch you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of your delivery.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Your Order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible after successful processing of the payment to acknowledge receipt of your order, and payment. At some times, (weekends, Bank Holidays and factory closures), acknowledgements may be delayed until the next working day.

Delivery Address

When placing your order, you can have it sent at your risk to another address other than that registered with your payment card, for example if you are sending a gift.

If you wish to order goods to be sent to more than one address (for example, part of the order is a gift), the details will have to be entered as two separate orders, with separate delivery charges and discount arrangements. You can avoid this by asking for all the goods to be sent to a single address.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary substantially depending on the weight of products ordered and the delivery destination, and cannot be refunded unless there has been an error on our part or the goods are defective. Order Packing

All orders are carefully packed with recycled filling materials in suitable cardboard boxes to withstand normal carriage conditions.

Lost & Missing Deliveries

If you believe your delivery is severely overdue, please e-mail our Customer Services at info@faithinnature.co.uk and we will take appropriate action. Alternatively you can telephone us on 0161 724 4016 (+44 161 724 4016 outside the UK).

Warranty

All our products are tested to ensure that they are in good condition when the package is opened for use. Once opened, liquid products can be used for the period indicated by the open jar symbol on the pack. If products are found to be faulty because of a manufacturing defect within that period, we shall replace them free of charge.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation Right

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch if you ring us on 0161 724 4016 (+44 161 724 4016 outside the UK) or email us at info@faithinnature.co.uk Please quote your order number, email address and address so that we can identify the order.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.  Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns section.

Law

Sale of goods is subject to English Law including all your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items so we have the following Returns Policy.

Defective or Damaged Items (e.g.: In-Transit)

If items reach you in a damaged condition, or are defective when initially used, they can be returned for a refund as below, but you should not continue to use them before returning them so as to avoid negating your claim.

Delivery Charges for Returned Goods

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

Returning an Item

If for any reason an item is unacceptable you may return it for a full refund within 7 days, provided the item is in as-new condition and has not been used.

To do this simply email our Customer Services or telephone on 0161 724 4016 (+44 161 724 4016 outside the UK). Please quote your order number, address, and the items that you wish to return. It is your responsibility to post the package back to Faith Products Ltd, Faith House, James Street, Radcliffe, Manchester M26 1LN.

Once it is received, your card account will then be credited for the full purchase price of the returned items, less the package and delivery charges.  For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

6. LOYALTY SCHEME

Membership of the loyalty scheme is dependant upon the member accepting all the requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.

All participants in the loyalty scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

‘Friends’ loyalty points have no inherent monetary value.

This web based only, loyalty points scheme, is offered at the discretion of Faith in Nature, and can be withdrawn or altered at any time, without notice and without compensation.

Loyalty points can only be earned and accrued by members of the loyalty scheme on orders placed through this website. They cannot be earned on orders placed with Faith in Nature by any other channels.

Loyalty points can only be utilised to pay for half the value of the goods in any given order, excluding the cost of carriage and packing.

Loyalty points cannot be used for discounts on the costs of carriage and packing.

Loyalty points are not transferable and cannot be sold or traded in any way and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom they were issued.

The nominal value of the points offered is at the discretion of Faith in Nature and can be altered at any time, without notice.

Individual membership of the loyalty scheme can be revoked at any time, without notice, and any accrued points will be forfeited without compensation.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you allow Faith in Nature to contact you with details of special offers, discounts and other promotions. Your details will not be passed onto any Third Parties.

Loyalty scheme membership is only open to personal individual customers, not trade accounts nor trade customers.

Membership of the scheme is free to all qualifying personal customers.

Members of the scheme are under no obligation to purchase goods from Faith in Nature.
