Wonderful coverage this weekend, for our Faith in Nature crystal stick deodorant featured in the Mail on Sunday’s round-up of the best natural deodorants on the market.

The handy push-up deodorant, suitable for both men and women, is unscented and long-lasting. Unlike some deodorants, this formulation does not block pores and allows perspiration, without the body odour, offering effective 24 hour protection. Its handy size means it’s also perfect for using on the go as the weather starts to hot up!

As with the new re-fillable Faith in Nature deodorants also in the range, our crystal stick format does not contain aluminium chlorohydrate, is hypoallergenic and paraben free.

Why our Anti-Bacterial Washing Up Liquid costs a little bit more

Posted on: April 7th, 2011 by Faith In Nature No Comments

When we were developing our new washing up liquid we thought long and hard about whether or not to make it anti-bacterial, because the increase in cost from our previous formulation was quite considerable. Ultimately the decision to make it anti-bacterial was unanimous, because we only ever want to offer our customers the best possible product we can make, albeit at the best possible price. Not only does this newly formulated washing up liquid protect against a whole legion of bacteria including Listeria and S.aureus, but it does so naturally without the use of harsh chemicals and other ecologically unfriendly ingredients. Yes, it does cost a little bit more than previous, but we think that’s a small price to pay for protecting your family, and the planet. We hope you agree.

Another industry first from Faith in Nature – Natural, Anti-Bacterial, Multi-Surface Cleaning Wipes

Posted on: November 9th, 2010 by Faith In Nature No Comments

Another industry first from Faith in Nature – Natural, Anti-Bacterial, Multi-Surface Cleaning Wipes

After the highly successful launch of the Faith in Nature branded anti-bacterial spray cleaners earlier this Autumn, the company has followed it up with another industry first. A natural, anti-bacterial, multi-surface cleaning wipe with ingredients derived from plant material.

Many households now utilise wipes, including the anti-bacterial variants, as part of their cleaning routine as they offer great convenience, but those who wanted a wipe with a natural formulation have, so far, been frustrated in their search. Well no longer. The Faith in Nature wipes not only kill E.coli, Salmonella and Listeria amongst other bacteria, but they are also highly effective at cutting through stubborn grease, dirt and soap scum leaving surfaces safe and sparkling clean.

They are suitable for use on all hard washable surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms and showering areas. Food preparation areas and chopping boards can be safely cleaned using the wipes, and they are ideal for areas where extra protection is required such as in nurseries and on high chairs and changing mats.

As befits a company with green credentials going back over thirty years, the wipes are 100% viscose which is both biodegradable and compostable. The research conducted by Faith prior to launching the wipes showed the importance of this as consumers now seek to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill. Like the rest of the Faith range they are also BUAV and Vegan Society approved.

Finally, the big value pack has 40 large wipes and with an RRP of just £3.25, safe, effective cleaning doesn’t have to cost the earth. Faith in Nature, one of the UK’s largest natural body care and household cleansing brands, uses no Parabens or SLS in any of their ranges and all ingredients are sourced in an ethical and responsible manner. Faith in Nature products are manufactured by Faith Products Ltd and are available from leading independent health food stores, some pharmacies and online at www.faithinnature.co.uk.

Clear Spring approved by ‘Love Your Lakes’

Posted on: October 26th, 2010 by Faith In Nature No Comments

Faith in Nature’s Clear Spring brand has been approved for use by Nurture Lakeland, the organisation responsible for the ‘Love Your Lakes’ campaign. Love Your Lakes is encouraging businesses and residents in Cumbria to switch to phosphate-free laundry and dishwashing products in order to help minimise their environmental impact on the water quality of both Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake in the English Lake District. Phosphates from products entering the lakes are causing blue-green algae to grow which is damaging for wildlife, people and pets. By switching to phosphate free products such as Clear Spring, residents and businesses alike are helping to look after the lakes loved by millions, whilst protecting their health and accessibility and supporting the local tourism economy.

Faith in Nature – Keeping you in the Swim!

You may have heard recently on the national news that the Great North Swim on Lake Windermere had to be called off due to the presence of blue-green algae in the water.  The algae are caused by phosphates getting into the Lake, and a major contributor to this is household cleansing products. An organisation called Nuture Lakeland are tasked with getting people in Cumbria to use only ecologically sound cleaning products, and that’s why they recommend Faith in Nature/Clear Spring phosphate free, household cleansing products. We’re all working together for a cleaner, brighter future.

Faith in Nature appoint Frank McMahon as new National Sales Manager

Faith in Nature, the leading UK manufacturer of natural skin, hair and body care products, has appointed Frank McMahon as National Sales Manager. He brings a wealth of sales experience to his new position, and is ideally qualified to continue the growth of the brand within the key health store sector, as well as developing new market opportunities. Against a backdrop of the economic difficulties of the last couple of years, Faith in Nature has continued to achieve record sales, buoyed by a product range that is both extensive and affordable, allied to an aggressive new product development programme.

Comments Frank,

“I was obviously aware of Faith in Nature, and when the chance came to join a company with such a strong brand and such a terrific reputation within its market sector, it was just too good an opportunity to ignore.
